To start, negotiation and offer will be discussed by Virtual Colony to the client. Once Signed MSA – Management Service Agreement has been submitted and calibration call has been Completed, we can move on to the next steps.
Once the agreement has been signed and the calibration call has been completed, job posting will be conducted and short-listed candidates will be submitted to the client.
From there, the client can choose to have their own recruitment process interview with the candidates.
Once Client has successfully selected a staff and completed the hiring process, official onboarding of hired employee will begin. Once the official onboarding of hired employee has begun, the billing process will commence.
